The 15-day money-back guarantee covers:
- Static Hosting Plan (all tiers)
- WordPress Hosting Plans (all tiers)
- Shared Hosting Plans (all tiers)
Full refund of the hosting plan fee only.
What is NOT Refundable
The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:

- Domain registration fees
- Domain renewal fees
- Domain transfer fees
- Premium domain fees
- Domain privacy/WHOIS protection fees
Reason: Domain registrations are processed through third-party registrars and incur immediate costs that cannot be recovered.
❌ SSL Certificates
- SSL certificate purchase fees
- SSL certificate renewal fees
- Premium SSL certificates
- Wildcard SSL certificates
Reason: SSL certificates are issued by certificate authorities and cannot be refunded once issued.
❌ Add-On Services
- Dedicated IP addresses
- Additional storage
- Additional bandwidth
- Email accounts (beyond plan limits)
- Website migration services
- Setup fees (if any)
❌ Renewal Payments
- Service renewal charges
- Upgrades after initial purchase
- Any payment made after the first billing cycle
Reason: The money-back guarantee applies only to the initial purchase to try our services.

- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
- Accounts terminated for spam or abuse
- Accounts involved in illegal activities
- Accounts with resource abuse

Refund Request Process
Step 1: Submit Request

- Open a support ticket in the "Billing & Accounts" department
- Subject: "Refund Request - [Your Domain/Service]"

- Order number or invoice number
- Reason for refund request
- Date of original purchase
- Any relevant details
Step 2: Data Backup (CRITICAL)
BEFORE submitting your refund request:
- Download all website files via FTP/Plesk
- Export all databases (MySQL/MariaDB)
- Save all email accounts and messages
- Backup any configuration files
- Document your DNS settings
⚠️ WARNING: All data is permanently deleted upon refund approval. We cannot recover your data after deletion.

Special Circumstances
Prolonged Service Unavailability
If our services are unavailable for 7 consecutive days or more due to issues on our end (not including scheduled maintenance or force majeure):

- Pro-rata credit for downtime exceeding SLA

Service Migration Issues
If we fail to complete a promised migration or setup:

- Emails: Stop working immediately
- Data Deletion: Begins immediately, complete within 24 hours
- Backups: Deleted from our backup system
You Will Receive:
- Refund confirmation email
- Razorpay transaction receipt
- Account closure confirmation
You Will NOT Receive:
- Access to any data (deleted permanently)
- Future service from same account
- Ability to create new account with same details (if fraud suspected)
Alternatives to Refund
Before requesting a refund, consider these alternatives:

- Solution: Open a technical support ticket - we can often fix issues quickly

- Issue: Service is too expensive for your needs
- Solution: Downgrade to a lower-priced plan

- Benefit: Use credit for any AiryHosting service (domains, SSL, upgrades)
- Account Hold
- Issue: Don't need service right now but might later
- Solution: Request temporary account hold (max 30 days)
- Note: Service fee still applies but data is preserved
Denial of Refund Requests
Your refund request may be denied if:

❌ You are not a first-time customer
❌ You previously received a refund from AiryHosting
❌ Account suspended for Terms of Service violations
❌ Account involved in spam, abuse, or illegal activities

Fraud Prevention
To protect both customers and our business, we monitor for:
- Multiple accounts from same individual attempting multiple refunds
- Patterns of service abuse followed by refund requests
- Fraudulent payment information
- Chargeback fraud
- Identity theft
Suspected fraud will result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Refund denial
- Report to law enforcement
- Legal action for recovery of losses
- Permanent ban from all AiryHosting services
Chargebacks
If You Initiate a Chargeback:
- We prefer you contact us first to resolve issues
- Chargebacks cost us fees and damage our merchant relationship
- Initiating chargeback may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Ban from future services
- Legal action to recover chargeback fees
Legitimate Chargebacks:
If you genuinely did not authorize a charge:
Friendly Fraud:
Initiating chargebacks for services received is fraud:
- We will dispute all fraudulent chargebacks
